Kobold Fire Slinger with pack of Fire Beetles
A small fire-based encounter I've created for our characters: a kobold slinger with firepots, driving a small herd of Fire Beetles. I've used the adjusted Fire Beetle stats posted here on GarGamer, but reduced them to minions.
200 XP in total (kobold slinger 1x100 XP; fire beetle 4x25 XP) which makes this a level 1 encounter for our 2 characters, but you could double the number of participants for a standard level 1 encounter for 4 characters.
